My Wusthof knives are just awesome! They maintain that they are edge, with a full tang, great balance, which need not be sharp as knives until I have tried in the past, and cut things like butter! I can not say enough good things about them. They are awesome! I also love my Kitchen-Aid mixer! It is much easier baking! My favorite is to just buy another ball of ice cream that has the handle when you hold it somehow makes the thawing of ice cream. There's something about mango and heat of your hand, works and is awesome! I LOVE cooking and baking, so I could go on and on. LOL
