I have a business idea and need a lawyer to review it, how can I get a decent reference?
I have a business idea that could be very profitable. I need an attorney to review, and I want to make sure the person knows what they are talking. Also, do not have much money and I would like to offer a percentage of profit instead of paying in advance. Anyone know where I can get a decent referall a good lawyer that may be interested?
I doubt that a lawyer take a percentage of profits agreement. Many offer free consultation 1 hours. I suggest you find someone who is established and works locally. In the early stages may have to visit many times. It's easier to visit someone at the local level, then visit a guy who is miles away, has plenty of customers and charges a lot of money. Any school / college friends become lawyers?
