Pots and pans are stainless steel better than Teflon pots and pans?
As health-wise …. yes, because it has a lot Teflon chemicals and toxic compounds in the nonstick surface that eventually get cooked / strikeout in his food. Now, as the kitchen, which are much easier to cook because they do not require much agitation / supervision. I would go with stainless steel myself. Or better yet, a set that are made from surgical grade stainless steel and copper layers have / etc in them to help even the heat and cook better.
