The gas cook top in the top of the range is remarkable and allows cooks to keep your food at the proper temperature — all the time. It is easy to cook food (like soups and sauces) to as low as 200 degrees. Moreover, the increased heat production is instantaneous if necessary to cook other foods. This feature allows leading chefs to cook foods simultaneously at different temperatures.
